How do I check my order status?

Learn how to check the status of one-time requests like container repair, bulk pickup or extra pickup and view your order history.
If you have a My WM profile
- Log in to My WM and click on Order History in the “My Services” section.
- Orders are organized into “Upcoming”, “Attempted/Closed” or “Canceled/Voided”.
- Orders will display a scheduled service date which updates automatically if necessary.
How long does it take for an order to be completed?
The type of order (bulk pickup, extra pickup, or container repair) will dictate the ETA and each order will display an estimated completion date. On your service day, the “Orders” page will display an ETA for the delivery time. Please note, open orders cannot be cancelled within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of scheduled service.
What if my order isn’t completed?
Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather or truck repairs may delay your order. You should receive an alert if it cannot be completed as scheduled. To check your alerts:
- Click “View Schedule” in the upper right section of the screen.
- Log in or type in your address to view alerts or service interruptions.
Report an issue with an order (residential customers only)
There are 2 ways to report issues with an order in the “Attempted/Closed” section of the “Orders” page.
- In the “Attempted/Closed” section, click the order you want to report an issue with to open the Report Issue dialogue box.
- Fill out the form and click Report Issue.
- We’ll send you a confirmation email with details about next steps.
- You can also click on the 3 dots icon to the right of an individual order to open the Report Issue dialogue box.
Information in this article may be inapplicable to customers who receive service pursuant to a WM agreement with a municipality, association or other entity, or where applicable law requires differing terms of service.
